Seven Values of Lakota Life
Student actions, attitudes, and appearance are a reflection of that student as a person, as a student of the Cheyenne Eagle Butte School and Residential Life, and as a member of their community. We expect students to treat each other and adults with courtesy and respect.
We expect students to exhibit the Lakota Values: woc’ekiya (Spirituality), Wa o’hola (Respect), Wa on’sila (Caring and Compassion), Wowicake (Honesty and Truth), Wawokiye (Generosity and Helping), Wah’wala (Humility), and Wok sape (Wisdom).
